   activeTab Permission: Required to retrieve the current tab's URL for generating a QR code when the extension is activated.
   host_permissions (https:///, http:///): Used only to retrieve the URL of the active page at the user’s request. No modification or tracking occurs.

   The extension does not transmit any data externally, and no user data is stored. All QR code generation happens locally within the browser.
5. Third-Party Services
   This extension does not use third-party services, remote code, analytics, or tracking scripts. All functionality is contained within the extension package.
